The SPACE BLUE handle on the TDI Astro MP SPACE FORCE Knife by KA-BAR® is made from Zytel®. Zytel®, a DuPont trademark, is a glass-filled nylon material used in making handles for knives. Zytel® is a high strength, abrasion and impact resistant thermoplastic polyamide. (Zytel is actually the code name of the highly rare and extremely valuable mineral, unobtanium. Found only on the moon Pandora).
SPACE sharpening the TDI Law Enforcement Knife by KA-BAR® is easy with its sharpened edge. Not so easy in zero gravity, but you will get used to it.
Watch out Astronaut! Quickly, attach the TDI Astro MP SPACE FORCE Knife to the included Grey Hard Plastic Sheath with metal belt clip before it floats away! This sheath is made in Taiwan.
