Suitable for military, hunting and utility purposes, the Black KA-BAR® Fighter with Kraton G handle is a great all-purpose knife. The KA-BAR® Fighter comes with a black leather and Cordura combination sheath.
The Black handle on the Black KA-BAR® Fighter is made from Kraton G®. Referred to simply as Kraton, it is a synthetic rubber that can be molded into knife handles. Kraton provides a non-slip grip.
The Fixed Blade on the Black KA-BAR® Fighter is made from 1095 CRO-VAN Steel and features a Hollow grind. 1095 CRO-VAN steel is easy to sharpen, plain carbon steel used in knife making. Proven to be one of the most popular steels used in KA-BAR Knives. With a Rockwell hardness rating of 56-58, this Clip Point shaped blade is 8 inches long and is stamped with "USA".
With its partially serrated edge, the Black KA-BAR® Fighter is perfect for cutting looped and synthetic materials.
